How to Donate
Thank you for your contribution. The kind donations from supporters like yourself are crucial to our success and the impact we are able to make.
Our donors from USA can either donate directly to IIT Guwahati through the portal, or through the WHEELS Global Foundations donation page. The WHEELS Global Foundations USA (‘WHEELS’) is PanIIT Alumni’s social impact platform to channelize collective resources of IIT ecosystem (IITs and Alumni). WHEELS is a USA based, independent, non-profit foundation set up and run by IIT alumni & other complementary professionals to provide innovation & technology driven solutions to the challenges that affect the global rural population in the areas of Water, Healthcare, Energy, Education, Livelihood and Sustainability.
WHEELS has joined hands with IIT Guwahati to help mobilize appropriate funding and other external resources in our efforts to establish excellence in education, research and innovation, and nurture future leaders, to serve the society at large. Donation made to WHEELS foundation will be tax deductible as a charitable contribution under 501 C-3.
You can donate through this portal and send us an email at doaaer@iitg.ac.in and donations@iitg.ac.in with the amount and detailed purpose of your donation. If you have requested matching, please let us know those details as well over email. We can receive funding towards endowments, scholarships, chair professorships, centre of excellences, and any other purposes either mentioned in IITG donations page or decided after mutual deliberations.
